Are sessions recorded? Can I watch later if I miss one?

No, sessions are not recorded. All Neeyafit live classes happen in real time, and we prioritise safety, form correction, and active coaching which can only be done during live sessions. If you miss a class, you can simply join the next scheduled live session.
